Tensile testing up to 100 tonnes

Our own horizontal test bench, with a capacity of up to 100 tonnes and a test certificate for the testing carried out.

It is the same rig every model in the range is tensile tested in. The breaking strength in the dimension tables is the mean of the measured values.

The models are tensile tested, not every individual grip. A test certificate for an individual grip can be ordered.

Swaging of eyes and ferrules on wire rope, in the dimensions you need.

Swaging and fitting of pulling eyes, so the rope is ready to use.

The grips are also used as an aid for wire rope replacement.

All manufacturing is done by hand, so we can easily modify existing models or develop entirely new models to specification.

Offshore grips are made to order. Tell us about the environment, the dimensions and the pulling force, and we put together a proposal.

Special models that differ from the standard range are not taken back, so take care when ordering.
